Meet the contributors: Autumn Christian

AUTUMN CHRISTIAN is a fiction writer from Texas who currently lives in California. She is the author of the books "The Crooked God Machine," "We are Wormwood", and "Ecstatic Inferno," and has written for several video-games, including Battle Nations and State of Decay 2. When not writing, she is usually practicing her side kicks and running with dogs, or posting strange and existential Instagram selfies.

She's been a freelance writer, a game designer, a cheese producer, a haunted house actor, and a video game tester. She considers Philip K. Dick, Ray Bradbury, Katie Jane Garside, the southern gothic, and dubstep, as main sources of inspiration.

Meet the contributors: Rios de la Luz

RIOS DE LA LUZ is a queer xicana and chapina living in El Paso. She is the author of the short story collection, The Pulse Between Dimensions and The Desert (Ladybox Books, 2015) and the novella, Itzá (Broken River Books, 2017). Her work has been featured in Vol. 1 Brooklyn, Luna Luna Magazine, Corporeal Clamor, Entropy, Broadly, The Fem Lit Magazine, World Literature Today, WOHE Lit and St. Sucia.

Meet the contributors: Violet LeVoit

VIOLET LEVOIT is a film critic and novelist. A former Emmy-winning PBS producer, Violet began her writing career as a film critic and arts journalist for Baltimore City Paper. Her work appears at Turner Classic Movies, Allmovie, PressPlay, Bright Lights Film Journal, Film Threat, and others. She is a contributor to the film history compendium Little Black Book: Movies (Cassell Illustrated). She is the author of five books, including the critically-acclaimed dark Hollywood tale I Miss the World (King Shot Press). She is also Associate Editor and Researcher for the Eisner-award-winning graphic novel publisher Beehive Books. Originally from Baltimore, she lives in Philadelphia.

Let's meet the contributors!

Lydia Xythali was born in 1988 in Athens, Greece. After a short-lived stint in one of the first Athenian free press publications in 2006, she went on to write pulp stories for the pop art-centric magazine Project Amoeba. She lives and works as an EFL teacher in Athens.
