Meet the contributors: Jennifer Robin
Jennifer Robin IS raw power, wears extra mascara, seeks escape velocity. She booked and hosted a live avant-garde variety show, Night of the Living Tongue, on Portland’s KBOO 90.7 FM, from 1999-2008. She has toured the country with a mix of performance art, music and reading, including appearances at Bumbershoot, the Olympia Experimental Music Festival, and Portland’s Nofest. Her work has been featured in Plazm, Five2One, Gobshite Quarterly, HorrorSleazeTrash, and Ladybox Books. Her collection of non-fiction vignettes, Death Confetti: Pickers, Punks, and Transit Ghosts in Portland, Oregon, was released by Feral House in 2016. An intimately surreal exploration of America, Earthquakes In Candyland, will be released by Fungasm Press in 2018.
Her essay "Raphael and the French Ghost and the Moon" is in Nasty! -- a charity anthology benefitting Planned Parenthood. Due out this winter from King Shot Press. Pre-order your copy HERE.
